Seems the media is priming us for more expensive driving, Who will eat and who will drive is the question? We have the power to turn back inflation. We did this just 12 months ago when gas prices forced us to sit home and entertain ourselves. Reduce demand upon any commodity, you soon see values decrease. How do we control such a massively traded commodity such as oil and gas prices? Simple reduce your own personal demand for the commodity. We did it before and brought gas prices down to $1.99, with the discounts I earned at the local grocery store, $.99 cents a gallon for a tank full of gas were 70s prices in 2008-09 time frame. Who could have imagined paying this price after seeing peak prices reaching over $4.00 a gallon in the previous year, Cause and effect; demand and speculation in futures created quite the lather in everyday conversation. People could no longer continue the demand side of quota for the traders, supplies on the pipeline grew to the point where no one wanted to be left holding $4.00 gas in the pipe, tanks and tankers. Prices wars begin to limit losses, till once again a more reasonable supply helped drivers, and steadied the prices for suppliers. So how do we stop summer time driving prices from reaching seasonal 52 week highs just when we want to hit the beaches? Reduce demand by driving less right now, Autumn is here, it sure is a nice time to walk instead. Get out those mopeds and scooters and ride to the store to save and lessen the flow in the pipeline. We can do this folks, do your part and show the speculators who is in control.

Progress happens, I have commissioned a local graphic artist to create logos and Pot party designs for promotional items to be sold on this website. We intend to fulfill your typical party attire from can coozies, bottle openers, lighters, ball caps, and of course exclusive pot party.com T-shirts, sweats and jackets. Proceeds will be used to help keep this website free to use.
From harvest time to signs of Spring. It seems consumption and sub normal growth helped to keep this big machine plugging along. With population growth any society should likely produce and grow at least the annual percentage relative to the population increase. More and more people each year all requiring demand upon resources. What person could question the basic underlying rule of supply and demand. Decreasing supply with increased demand will force us to grow more food for ourselves. Making the most of every resource available to you without waste. Living with less, becoming responsible for how you can reduce your demand upon resources, you have to embrace a new lifestyle. We the people in order to form a more perfect union declared independence. Our Forefathers, who had a vision, knew dependence was not freedom. Here at their feet lie a great land, distant and isolated, free for those with a dream to use the abundance wisely and develop commerce. I ask why is it so much farm land lays fallow as useful tracts abound? Why is it that these lands and resources are left idle? In times not so long ago, these fields thrived with activity, markets were open, goods and services exchanged. There is no productivity in today's world, a field feeding no one, look around, look how unproductive we have become. Empty warehouses, barely open shopping centers, times are still darn tough. We have become too lazy to grow more than a few vines of tomatoes each year. If you plant herbs and grow some peppers, you earn some points. We need to consider all the ways we devour energy and actively attempt to reduce your demand. Do you really need that third cell phone? It is outright gluttony, while millions starve each year. Food for energy? You bet! Now then I ask, who is it for OUR government do dictate and limit those uses we have right to utilize for our prosperity. If my wind powered grow lights can produce value from seed and soil, who is it for anyone within this nation to deny me the right to thrive and grow. To earn capital from my every effort and every resource available to me. If my taxed dollars, ones I already paid every bit of value due to own, have been put into values of real estate, stocks, collections, why is it the gain in value from my investment choices should be taxed again as capital gains. If my timing was better, if my consciousness and wisdom provides an increase in value, that value should be free of additional taxation as my tax had been collected for the value I was able to retain years prior. Okay other side, if you lost money...why not be able to declare that loss in value. Shareholders you know how to dump values at the end of the year to take your losses and help to limit your upside for some of those gains. Pay less tax for values lost, sure, but to tax gains is double taxation. Uninhibited grow is just what this nation needs. We don't need to subsidize, We don't need artificially inflated prices so tractors can run, we need less government trying to control every aspect of our lives. And blaming the government is a total cop out because that entity is merely an extension of ourselves. Who needs to do this? Each one of us has to take on their share of responsibility, here is a free one for you. Do you really need to turn the water on full blast? You know, sometimes a trickle of water is more than enough. If you think that was innovative, consider putting a stop valve at the shower head, Sure it feels wonderful to let that warm water spray you from head to foot, but to allow the water to run continuously for the duration of your shower is a luxury allow you to turn off the flow for a few minutes while you soap or shampoo. Rinse off the soap with clear water and you will feel just as invigorated and smarter for reducing you demand on energy and water. Just a hunch here, but I would bet you see the results in savings as well. Less demand means less value being spent, lessening the demand on goods reduces prices. Read on below \/

Happy New Year Recovery from the holidays is going slow, productivity has ground to dare I say "Molasses in January". We do have some progress to report the logo art work is in hand and am going for business cards, letterhead and envelopes. Promotional gear and apparel will be next on the list. Having met with a local marketing group, the lesson I take away is to move forward. Big steps from being a dream to launching on Facebook and Twitter. Welcome to all of you who follow and lead. Please try to help out in any way you can. Build us some membership cards, Why not create a page that blows me away. But most important tell your friends to get involved as well. Statistically we are already a majority but that alone will not bring about the change we seek. We need everybody's involvement. We are at another historical event just as with repealing prohibition of alcohol, these are exciting times to be involved with repealing outdated and useless prohibition of Marijuana. This plant and all the sub species has tremendous value for our nation to grow out of this recessionary time. At one time it was illegal not to grow HEMP in America. Now step up and stand tall, we need you support.
Meetings, meetings and more meetings. Praise to our marketing agency helping this pot head get ducks in a row. Meetings with attorneys, accountants, maybe soon the Small Business Administration, all steps to bring complete transparency to our cause. It can be quite amusing to see the reactions of these professionals and staff when they learn who just walked through their door. Still trying to find who knows anything about setting up a political party but with you support and knowledge working together we can make our voices be heard. Still waiting for you to contact me with art work, t shirt designs, or any useful information of other groups in your area. How about it you co ops? Let's get on board and help to legalize marijuana once and for all. We all know it belongs in the same group as alcohol and should be regulated as such. So get up and get active, I am. We really do need you !

After a year of stumbles, we celebrate our first birthday on the 13th. On this very day our first sale came from Pennsylvania. This sale is dedicated to a very dear friend who is no longer with us. I am certain if he were still here with us, Doctor 5 would be pushing me forward to achieve our goal. A life long friend who is sorely missed may have showed me he is proud of all I am attempting to do. If you can believe this his son was the first person to purchase a pot party lighter. Our very first sale. Buddy I know your up there watching over us and I am certain it was you who prompted David Jr. to be our first client. So as we celebrate our first year and review the slow progress that was made, I want to dedicate this entire site to a damn good man who continues to inspire me. Thanks buddy, I miss you terribly. Thank you for touching our lives and guiding us even now beyond life itself. Dedicated to David Jay Allison 1956 -2009
